Hello everyone and welcome to my chess page, e1. Here I will endeavor to create a space where you can access my games as well as videos (assuming I can make them) of what I was thinking when I played certain games. One thing I have noticed over the years as I have tried studying GM games or computer play is that many moves I would make aren't made or considered and I still don't know why. "Why this move and not that move?" is a very common theme of my thoughts while studying games of those better than myself. I have long wondered if it might be more effective to have my own moves critiqued by those stronger than myself as an explanation of why my thinking is flawed. To that end I invite stronger players to comment on my videos. However, I also hope that my videos can be of benefit to players who are still learning the game and who are still struggling to find those things I am, somehow, able to find.
